TabTrade Overview - A Look at This New CFD Broker

Tab Trade - What It Is

TabTrade.com went live in March 2026. Online broker registered in Saint Lucia, regulated by the FSRA. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, a New Zealand-regulated broker.

That last detail matters. It says the leadership is not figuring it out from scratch. Does not guarantee anything. It is more reassuring than a random name you cannot trace.

TabTrade came out of the gate with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same facilities banks and hedge funds use. Most new brokers starts with a white-label MT4 setup. These guys led with infrastructure. Unusual for a new broker.

What you can trade: FX, indices, gold, silver, commodities, equities, crypto, ETFs. Over 1,000 instruments. For a platform that launched in March 2026, the breadth is solid.

Platforms

You get: MT5, cTrader by Spotware, and a WebTrader. Both MT5 and cTrader from the same login. Many pick one platform. Having both makes a difference. Use whichever you prefer.

MT5 is the default. Full charting, automated trading, massive community. If you know a MetaQuotes platform before, there are no surprises.

cTrader by Spotware is the cleaner option. Better depth of market. Smoother chart interaction. Built-in algo trading. Many people like it better than MT5 after comparing.

FIX API is offered for bots but is only on the VIP tier ($25k minimum). TradingView is apparently in the works. That will make the platform set once it is live.

Accounts and Pricing

Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. 1.0 pip spreads. Commission-free. Straightforward. $0 to start. Suits beginners.

Edge. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips average. Commission of $3.50 per side. All-in: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On EUR/USD, the actual interbank spread is frequently a fraction of a pip. Meaning your actual cost per trade can sit under half a pip. That is good for a broker with $0 to start. Most brokers that run raw pricing at this level want $500 or more to open. TabTrade does not.

VIP. $25k to open. FIX API, faster fills, tailored rates. Not relevant to typical accounts. Skip it unless you trade institutionally.

How Fast Are the Fills

The execution is the area where this broker stands apart. Equinix data centres. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. These are institutional numbers. The average platform run a much wider range.

Does this affect you? If you scalp, it does. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is catching the move or missing it. If you swing trade, you probably will not feel it. But the fact that they invested in proper execution. That is something about priorities.

Pair that execution speed with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and the overall offering makes sense. Hardly anyone with no minimum deposit run Equinix connectivity.

Regulation

Here is the detail that requires honesty. Tab Trade is under Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No CySEC. No government-backed safety net. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight is a problem for you, this broker is not for you. Lots of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.

However. The founder came from BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The server placement is not cheap. Fly-by-night platforms do not pay for tier-1 data centre access. This does not replace tier-1 regulation. It should inform your decision.

The deal: you give up tier-1 protection. In exchange: 1:1000 leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether that works depends on you.

The Bonus

TabTrade has bonus funds of up to $2,000. Usual sign-up bonus. You put money in, the broker add bonus funds. The normal fine print: trading volume requirements before bonus funds can be taken out. Review the fine print before you commit.
